第1条（適用）1. Scope

本規約は、ユーザーと Gamify Growth（本ゲームの運営者、以下「当社」）との間の本ゲームの利用に関する一切の関係に適用されます。ゲーム内その他に掲示される規約・ガイドラインと矛盾しないものとします。These terms apply to all relations between the user and Gamify Growth (the operator of the game, "we") regarding the game, and must not conflict with any terms posted in-game or elsewhere.

第2条（アカウントとDMMアカウント）2. Accounts & DMM Account

本ゲームのプレイには DMM アカウントおよび DMM GAMES PLAYER が必要です。DMM プラットフォームの利用については、DMM 会員規約および GAMES 利用規約が併せて適用されます。ユーザーは自己の責任でアカウントを管理するものとし、アカウント（ゲーム内ID・データ・アイテム・ポイント等を含む）を第三者に譲渡・貸与・共有・売却し、または相続させることはできません。Playing requires a DMM account and DMM GAMES PLAYER. Use of the DMM platform is additionally governed by the DMM Membership Terms and GAMES Terms of Service. You are responsible for managing your account, which is non-transferable: your account (including in-game IDs, data, items and points) may not be transferred, lent, shared, sold, or inherited to any third party.

第3条（課金・アイテム・ゲーム内通貨）3. Purchases, Items & In-game Currency

有料アイテム・ゲーム内通貨等の取扱い、対価、返金の可否については、本サイトの「特定商取引法に基づく表記」および「資金決済法に基づく表記」ならびに当社の定めに従います。ゲーム内通貨の購入は DMM ポイント等、DMM プラットフォームが提供する決済手段によります。ゲーム内通貨・アイテムはゲーム内でのみ利用でき、法令で定める場合を除き、現金への換金または払い戻しはできません。当社は、ゲーム内通貨・アイテムの内容、価格、提供および有効期限等を、事前の告知のうえ変更または終了する場合があります。ガチャ等の抽選により提供されるアイテムについては、その提供割合（確率）をゲーム内に表示します。The handling, pricing and refundability of paid items and in-game currency follow the Specified Commercial Transactions Act and Payment Services Act notices on this site and our policies. In-game currency is purchased via DMM Points and other DMM-platform payment methods. In-game currency and items may be used only within the game and, except as required by law, cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. We may change or discontinue the content, price, availability and validity period of in-game currency and items with prior notice. Where items are offered through gacha or other random draws, their drop rates (probabilities) are shown in-game.

第4条（知的財産権）4. Intellectual Property

本ゲームおよびこれに関連するプログラム、キャラクター、画像、音楽、テキストその他一切のコンテンツに関する知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。ユーザーには、本規約に従って本ゲームを私的に利用する範囲で、譲渡不可・再許諾不可の非独占的な利用権のみが許諾されます。ユーザーは、当社の事前の許諾なく、これらのコンテンツを複製、改変、配布、公衆送信または商用利用してはなりません。All intellectual property rights in the game and its programs, characters, images, music, text and other content belong to us or the rightful owners. Users are granted only a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to use the game in accordance with these terms. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly transmit or commercially exploit such content without our prior permission.

第5条（ランキング・イベント）5. Rankings & Competitive Events

本ゲームには、ランキング（ラダー）、リーグ、期間限定イベント等の競争要素が含まれる場合があります。順位・スコアの算定方法、報酬、開催期間および参加条件は当社が定めるものとし、当社は、これらを事前の告知のうえ変更・中断・中止・リセットすることができます。ユーザーが不正な手段（第6条に定める行為を含みます）により順位または報酬を得たと当社が判断した場合、当社は、当該順位の無効化、報酬の取消・返還請求、参加資格の剥奪等の措置を講じることができます。順位・スコアおよび報酬に関する当社の決定は最終的なものとします。The game may include competitive features such as rankings (a ladder), leagues and limited-time events. The method of calculating rank and score, the rewards, the event periods and the eligibility conditions are determined by us, and we may change, suspend, cancel or reset them with prior notice. If we determine that a user has obtained a rank or reward by improper means (including the acts in Article 6), we may invalidate the rank, revoke or reclaim the reward and revoke eligibility. Our decisions regarding ranks, scores and rewards are final.

第6条（禁止事項）6. Prohibited Conduct

• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為Acts violating law or public order.
• 不正アクセス、チート、リバースエンジニアリング等Unauthorized access, cheating, reverse engineering, etc.
• ツール、ボット、マクロ、自動化プログラム等を使用して本ゲームを操作・プレイする行為Using tools, bots, macros or automation programs to operate or play the game.
• 本ゲームの不具合（バグ）を意図的に利用する行為Intentionally exploiting bugs or defects in the game.
• ランキング・イベントの結果を不正に操作する行為、または不正な利益を得る目的で複数のアカウントを作成・使用する行為Manipulating ranking or event results, or creating/using multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
• 他のユーザーまたは第三者の権利を侵害する行為Infringing the rights of other users or third parties.
• 本ゲームの運営を妨害する行為Interfering with operation of the game.
• アカウント・ゲーム内ID・アイテム・ポイント等を現金その他の財産と交換する行為（リアルマネートレード）、または第三者へ譲渡・貸与・売却する行為Exchanging accounts, in-game IDs, items or points for cash or other property (real-money trading), or transferring, lending or selling them to any third party.

第7条（違反行為への措置）7. Measures for Violations

ユーザーが本規約に違反し、または違反するおそれがあると当社が判断した場合、当社は、事前の通知なく、当該ユーザーによる本ゲームの利用の一時停止・制限、投稿・データの削除、アカウントの停止・削除、ランキング順位の無効化・報酬の取消等の措置を講じることができます。措置の内容・条件・期間は、違反の態様および程度その他の事情を考慮して当社が合理的に判断します。当該措置によりユーザーに生じた不利益・損害について、当社は法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。If a user violates — or we reasonably determine is likely to violate — these terms, we may, without prior notice, suspend or restrict that user's use of the game, delete posts or data, suspend or delete the account, and invalidate ranks or revoke rewards. The nature, conditions and duration of such measures are determined reasonably by us in light of the type and severity of the violation and other circumstances. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any disadvantage or damage arising from such measures.

第8条（サービスの変更・中断・終了）8. Changes, Suspension & Termination of Service

当社は、本ゲームの全部または一部の内容・機能を、事前の告知のうえ変更、追加または中断することができます。また、当社は、相当な予告期間をおいて本ゲームの提供を終了することができます。本ゲームの提供が終了した場合、ゲーム内通貨・アイテム等は利用できなくなり、法令で定める場合（資金決済法に基づく前払式支払手段の払い戻し等）を除き、これらに関する補償は行いません。We may change, add to or suspend all or part of the content or features of the game with prior notice. We may also terminate the game after a reasonable notice period. If the game is terminated, in-game currency and items can no longer be used and, except as required by law (such as refunds of prepaid payment instruments under the Payment Services Act), no compensation is provided for them.

第9条（年齢制限）9. Age Restriction

第10条（免責）10. Disclaimer

当社は、本ゲームの中断・終了・データ消失等によりユーザーに生じた損害について、法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。当社は、本ゲームが特定の目的に適合すること、または中断・エラーなく利用できることを保証しません。To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from interruption, termination or data loss. We do not warrant that the game is fit for any particular purpose or that it will be available without interruption or error.
